    Hi @renaisonp

It seems you are using the Pro version. Please note that this forum is only for the Free version and as per the forum guidelines:

we are not allowed to discuss topics about commercial products such as the Pro version.

So please get in touch with us directly over the ticket system:

    and in your ticket:

    • attach a slider export of the slider that you experience the problem with
    • and describe the error message that you received, as currently you just copied the file paths and line numbers and those won’t tell us what is the problem exactly.

    Best regards,
    Laszlo.

    It’s complicated to have a pro version…
If you can fix PHP errors, thanks

We haven’t received any other reports about PHP errors recently, so I think it is rather connected to your environment ( e.g. we have a conflict with a third party plugin that you have installed ).

As I mentioned above, on this forum we are not allowed to provide any kind of support for the Pro version. This is not a Smart Slider 3 specific thing, but this is a rule described in the official WordPress forum guidelines like I have already linked above:

So if you want us to take a look at this problem, then please get in touch with us directly over the ticket system:

    and send us:

    • not only the path, but the error message as well
    • also send us a slider export of the slider that you experience the problem with, so we could check if we are able to reproduce the problem with it or not

    Best regards,
    Laszlo.
