Errors on Settings page, and selecting an image does not work

  • Settings screen shows an error on each of the image fields:

    Additionally, the plugin seems to use an odd/old version of the media gallery and it is very difficult to select an image. You can’t select multiple images by simply selecting them from the media gallery, as one would expect, you have to select them one at a time. You can only see small thumbnails of the images, and you can’t click on the image or the file name to select it, you have to click “Show” on the far right and then scroll down and click the “Insert into Post” button, which is not intuitive. In any case, clicking this button closes the modal window but doesn’t appear to actually do anything.

    I believe the plugin is broken.
