When I place an order for a single download I am brought to the Purchase Confirmation page. It has a couple of problems (see the screenshot below).

    1. If I activate SKU the column titles don’t match up (SKU has Download buttons and Files have the SKU number).
    2. The download buttons should be more descriptive. I have names for those buttons on the backend of the website (File Name) and they show up on the front end of the website if someone has an All Access subscription with the correct name in them. Here they just say DOWNLOAD. How does the user know what file they are downloading? Is there a way to change this? Maybe a template file somewhere?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

Can you edit that page in the admin area and tell us what are you using to display the information on the page? Are you using the blocks or the shortcodes and if so, which?

We use Elementor to build most of the pages on our site. In this case it is an elementor page that is pretty much empty except this shortcode: [edd_receipt]

Do you have any kind of customisations made for the receipt page template?

I tested the same shortcode with SKU enabled locally and I don’t get that.I wonder if you have customised the right side of the page.

it’s just a short code on the page. I inherited the site from another developer. Could you be more specific which template file? What about the names on the buttons that just say Download?

    Hi,

Could you please reach out to our team via the Support page on our website and mention this thread in the initial message. We will take a closer look at things as we need to get some more details from you and we can’t ask for those here in the public forums.
