Errors on install and adding a quote

  • WP 5.0.3
    During install tables are not built in the data base. Adding a quote I get,
    WordPress database error: [Table ‘onceag5_green.usa_quotescollection’ doesn’t exist]
    SELECT COUNT(*) FROM usa_quotescollection

    WordPress database error: [Table ‘onceag5_green.usa_quotescollection’ doesn’t exist]
    SELECT quote_id, quote, author, source, tags, public, time_added FROM usa_quotescollection ORDER BY quote_id DESC LIMIT 0, 20

    WordPress database error: [Table ‘onceag5_green.usa_quotescollection’ doesn’t exist]
    SELECT COUNT(*) FROM usa_quotescollection WHERE public = ‘yes’
