    It simply will not allow me to connect for the add-ons.
    I bought Migrate, I have a clean WordPress install with UpdateDraft plugin that was downloaded after the purchase. I go to the add-ons and enter in my details and get the error below. I have also already reset my password and the login does work on my original site that I am trying to migrate. The Migrate destination site is only a hosted site for now and I have changed DB paths so I can use it prior to migration.

    Failed to connect to 108.162.199.217: Permission denied

    I have resolved the issue. My new hosting manages outgoing connections. the logs showed the blocked connection to your servers for authentication and I was able to whitelist from my side.
    The connection resolved, allowed the Migrate plugin and I’m running it now.

    Glad you worked it out! For future reference, you should use the support forums at https://updraftplus.com for getting help with commercial products – the www.remarpro.com forum rules specifically forbid using their forums for commercial products.
