On this page, the banner is present, but completely blank. There don’t appear to be any errors on the page.

The cache is writable by nextend and readable.
I tried enabling async, combine, minify and there was no difference.

I tried adding script src=jquery (to the google ajax URL) in the header – no change. The HTML is produced correctly and the header/footer are correct (based on your documentation)

Screenshot of the errors for the plugin control panel: https://adst.org/adst.org_slider3_errors.JPG

The first error is: Uncaught ReferenceError: nextend is not defined.

    Thank you.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @fowlerj!

In your website’s frontend I can see, that CloudFlare’s Rocket Loader is used and that will cause your problem, as this loading makes the javascript codes to not run the way they suppose to. Probably the same js file loading happens on your backend too and that is causing issues there, so I would suggest turning that off.
