Errors in the admin panel

I have recently moved to Racknerd from Hostgator, migration was done by Racknerd guys, there were a few hiccups but it was finally done, I installed PHP Error Log plugin & am seeing these errors, am clueless as have 0 knowledge about coding/database editing
