Errors in php files ?

Hi everybody

I hope someone will help me with the errors i get. When I want to activate the theme it always says got an error in options.php. I looked it up and it was about the contact page. I also get an error in the funtions.php about the images.
If you need more information to help me please ask for it. I really want to use this theme.
