Errors in Admin After Upgrade

Since the latest MailPoet 3 update was installed on our site, I now consistently get the following error at the bottom of all MailPoet dashboard pages in the admin –
Purge individual files by URL
You can purge up to 30 files at a time.Note: Wildcards are not supported with single file purge at this time. You will need to specify the full path to the file.
Separate URL(s) with spaces, or list one per line

Hi there @n1fdadmin,Can you post a screenshot, please? That doesn’t appear to be coming from MailPoet, the closest we can find with similar text is Stackpaths CDN. https://support.stackpath.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001134763-Purging-files-from-the-StackPath-CDN
Are you using anything like that at all?

This problem is not resolved. Here’s a screenshot of what I am seeing. I have purged all caches, disabled our CDN, and purged my web browser cache:
