Errors happening in Admin.

I am having some troubles with my admin getting errors.

I WAS running version 2.3.2.
I just installed WP ver. 2.3.3 via my ftp.

I have tried changing my sites template to the classic as well as the default templates to see if this would remedy my problem. I thought maybe the problem was in the template I was using.

I have deactivated all plugins. But I am still getting errors as follows:

Dashboard Home Page error

Any and all these errors make it so that I am unable to add posts or pages, edit posts or pages, etc…

Would anyone have any idea what the problem is? I have tried to change the permissions on the wp-admin and the wp-admin/page-new.php or the post-new.php but that gives me an error too as well as booting me to my site with big errors.
