    I’m using the plugin to add a suscribe form. When I (try) to connect I get the same error everyone else seems to get:

    Constant Contact Forms has experienced issues that may need addressed and functionality may be missing. Please enable the “Support” checkbox in the Constant Contact settings and start a forum support thread. Our support team will aid with further steps.

    when i click the link to go to the settings page on that message I get this error:

    Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.
    Query Monitor

    The message above was triggered by Core.

    Call stack:

        wp_die()
        wp-admin/includes/menu.php:350

    If I go to the settings page manually I can turn on debugging. (which I did)

    When I try to go to the debug log page, it’s empty and no error message there.

    I tried to disconnect so I could login again with my constant contact credentials. I get an error on that page.

    I’ve de-activated the plugin and then re-activated the plugin, but still can’t disconnect the constant contact connection.

    I saw some notes about account types within Constant Contact too. Will this not work if I’m a campaign creator? If so why is there no documentation about that?

    Yes, it does seem to be a case and detail around campaign creator vs account owner, as you mentioned seeing a very similar case from today. Why that’s not documented is because it was likely assumed that the account owner would be handling it more times than not. That said, once the account owner has made the connection between the WordPress install and the account itself, there’s no limitation to using the plugin the rest of the time. It’s just for those initial connections that it needs to be done with the owner’s credentials.

    I’ll get it logged that we need to bring up the detail about campaign creator vs account owner for connections, somewhere in the documentation.
