Errors during installation of WP

Hello everybody!

could someone help me, please?

I install a custom theme that needs additional plugins. It should notify me about them and offer installing them automatically, but this doesn’t happen. I just get the confirmation “Theme installed successfully”, without any further messages.

When I did it before, it worked fine, but not anymore. I did a clean install of WP (deleting tables as well), but always with the same issue. Finally I found the following WP installation error:

“PHP Warning: copy(/bhome/part3/03/geohotenok/mysite.com/www/wp-content/upgrade/wordpress-4.6.4-geKsvw/wordpress/wp-includes/version.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /bhome/part3/03/geohotenok/mysite.com/www/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-filesystem-direct.php on line 257, referer: https://mysite.com/wp-cron.php?doing_wp_cron=1489873011.4160950183868408203125”

Can this be a cause of missing plugins and missing notifications to install them?
How can this be fixed?
