Errors causing site to not function correctly
-
Hi I’ve been in contact with my web hosting provider to look through this issue because when I was editing a page using thrive architect and cartflows, a a plugin that extends upon woocommerce I was getting the following error:
it generates 500 errors:A senior tech support member from that team looked into my website and what was causing the issue amongst others and he found the following error log:
[Fri Jul 29 10:49:51.166777 2022] [proxy_fcgi:error] [pid 18623:tid 140440112027392] [client 103.244.175.241:0] AH01071: Got error 'PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_upe_enabled_payment_method_ids() on null in /home/523457.cloudwaysapps.com/ujfffyhnmw/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-gateway-stripe/woocommerce-gateway-stripe.php:664\nStack trace:\n#0 /home/523457.cloudwaysapps.com/ujfffyhnmw/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(309): WC_Stripe->checkout_update_email_field_priority(Array)\n#1 /home/523457.cloudwaysapps.com/ujfffyhnmw/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php(191): WP_Hook->apply_filters(Array, Array)\n#2 /home/523457.cloudwaysapps.com/ujfffyhnmw/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-countries.php(1616): apply_filters('woocommerce_bil...', Array, 'GB')\n#3 /home/523457.cloudwaysapps.com/ujfffyhnmw/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-checkout.php(228): WC_Countries->get_address_fields('GB', 'billing_')\n#4 /home/523457.cloudwaysapps.com/ujfffyhnmw/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/checkout/form-checkout...', referer: https://wordpress-523457-2785130.cloudwaysapps.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=475&action=architect&tve=true
The issues I’ve been experiencing including cartflows being unable to save changes to certain settings went after deactivating the plugin.
What could be causing this and how can I fix it?
Thanks
