Hi I’ve been in contact with my web hosting provider to look through this issue because when I was editing a page using thrive architect and cartflows, a a plugin that extends upon woocommerce I was getting the following error:
it generates 500 errors:

A senior tech support member from that team looked into my website and what was causing the issue amongst others and he found the following error log:

The issues I’ve been experiencing including cartflows being unable to save changes to certain settings went after deactivating the plugin.

What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

I understand that you are having errors on your site, however, the link you provided for the screenshot is unreachable.

Can you please provide us with a clear screenshot of the error you encountered so that we could address you more effectively?

You could make use of https://snipboard.io/. Please follow the steps on the page and paste the link here afterwards.

Furthermore, in order for us to understand your site properly, can you please share your System Status Report, which will help us further troubleshoot.

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

This kind of error is usually caused by a conflict with the theme or with another plugin. WooCommerce Stripe guarantees full compatibility with plugins developed by WooCommerce or its partners but not with third-party plugins like the ones you mentioned in your first message.

The first step is to make a full backup and update all plugins and the theme to their latest versions. This may resolve the issue but if the error persists, I’d suggest performing a conflict test following our support guide:

Well considering there’s already two people that have only had a conflict caused by the use of your latest version it might be worth considering having your devs look into whats in the new update that’s causing it.

Of course a plugin should work with anything else that its own developers but if it’s causing conflicts with other plugins and that’s the only cause then that’s a problem with the plugin itself. And also the previous version worked for as mentioned in other messages which have been deleted from this board removing helpful information for other viewers.

This is currently reported as a bug (compatibility with other plugins) and is being investigated here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-gateway-stripe/issues/2394

I’d suggest downgrading to version 6.4.3 and see if that helps!

@kaushiksomaiya Thank you, I have already downgraded and this was mentioned in my previous messages that were deleted for some reason.

I guess Ill just keep with 6.4.3 and wait for it to be fixed in the future

I found that the root cause of my stripe issue comes from an extension called :

Custom Order Status Manager for WooCommerce

?

They just released a version 0.8 which cause the stripe to disapear.

After reverting it back to 0.7, stripe works fine again.

?

And the stripe version is back to 6.4.3.

?
