Errors Applying Discount at checkout

    Hi,
    I have downloaded the free version of this plugin (for now)

    I have set up a conditional discount to be applied, so that:

    if you purchase 4 of one category of prouduct a discount is applied

    if you purchase 6 of the same category then a different discount is applied in pace of the discount for 4 items

    if you order more than 4 or 6 then the price is calculated as individual items after the discount of 4 & 6 are respectivley applied.

    For example:

    if someone ordered 12 items

    3 packs x4 at one discount (4 for for ￡10)
    or
    2 packs x6 at seperate discount (6 for ￡15)

    The issue i am having is that it is applying both discounts at the same time regardless of the amounf of items so if i place 4 into the cart, the discount is applied for both 4 and 6 items.

    So for the above, it would apply both the discounts at the same time making the order value to little.

    if someone ordered 13 items then they would be chared too much as it dosent semem to apply the discounts correctly

    13 would work out as

    x2 6 packs and 1 single item

    Again both discounts are being applied at the same time, the discount for 4 should’nt apply here

    Please can someone advise if its a free/premium feature type issue or a setting im getting wrong somewhere?

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    I have reviewed your query in detail and found that, you are facing an issue related to applying the discount both at a time and you want to apply based on the quantity exists in the cart.

    Generally, our current plugin version check the total cart quantity not any specific product or categories quantity and based on that it will apply the discount.

    If you try to apply the discount based on the cart quantity range based discount then please apply the below rules.

    Click here to review the settings for 1 to 4 cart quantity rules.

    If you want to apply discount for if cart quantity is 5 or more than that click here to review the rules screenshot.

    Please apply the same settings at your side and let us now still if any.

    Hi,
    Im still working on this site. I have managed to get the discount to apply when there is 4 (or multiples of) of the same category in the checkout but still stumble across issues when trying to apply the discount to 6 (or multiples of)

    Im wondering if this is an issue with free/premium version of the plugin?
