Errors and broken links after export to static HTML

Hi, I design my website with worpress and export it then to static HTML. The export tool (WinHTTrack) tries to enhance all directory links to a valid file path (lightbox-gallery/ to lightbox-gallery/index.html). But you are doing some math/concatenate operation with the directory links so that some JavaScript functions doesn’t work probably after the export until I fix the changed directory links. Because no other plugin or theme JS leads to such problems, I guess you are doing something wrong with your path operations. So please consider a change.
Apart from that it’s a pretty awesome and thanks for your work.
