Errors All Around

I tried installing the plugin for various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus). Despite following their instructions (where there weren’t mistakes – as the instructions probably need to be updated), I couldn’t get any of the logins to work. Errors all around.

In addition, I went to their website to CHAT with someone. The CHAT feature is a fake. You sit there waiting for an support rep for 10 minutes, and it just closes out the CHAT after awhile. It recommends that you email them instead. It’s a nice way for companies to LOOK LIKE THEY PROVIDE GOOD SUPPORT … WHEN THEY DON’T.
