We moved our website to a new server today and now when I log into WordPress I see a message that says MailPoet Error: MailPoet requires write permissions inside the /wp-content/uploads folder. Please read our instructions on how to resolve this issue.

I checked and that folder has its permissions set to 755 though.

I thought maybe there was something with the MailPoet setting that could fix it, but when I try to view the settings I receive that same error plus an error that says:

Failed to render template “settings.html”. Please ensure the template cache folder “/home/public_html/wp-content/uploads/mailpoet/cache” exists and has write permissions. Terminated with error: “Unable to create the cache directory (/home/public_html/wp-content/uploads/mailpoet/cache/eb).

Any idea what the issue could be?

I can’t even export our list of subscribers or anything either because I get those same errors when I click the link to view our subscribers.
