    Hello @miata2

The problem you’re experiencing wasn’t introduced in version 2.6.0; we’ve seen it a few times before. It’s likely caused by an older PayPal order that received tracking data from an earlier version of the plugin, before the new tracking feature was added. However, we can’t replicate this issue ourselves. This error usually occurs with specific orders in WooCommerce but not all.

To better understand what’s happening, we need to analyze this behavior more closely. We recommend contacting us directly for further help. You might need to share your system report or logs with us. To get support, please open a ticket with our service desk here: Request Support. Remember to include the URL of this thread in your ticket for our reference.

If you’re looking to quickly eliminate this error, you can disable Package Tracking by following this guide: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-paypal-payments/wiki/Actions-and-Filters#disable-paypal-package-tracking-in-230. However, this will also disable package tracking, which may not be the desired result.

Please do not hesitate to reach out. Our team is here to support you.

    Kind regards,
    Krystian
