Errors after editing Widget Logic

  • I made a couple of !is_page(example-page) entries in Widget Logic.
    I had to restart Windows because a few Windows updates installed.
    After I restarted Windows, I tried to login to my WordPress Dashboard.

    I get to the login screen, (with this error code, below, accross the top).

    I login, and ALL i see is this (BELOW), no dashboard, no header, no nothing but this below:

    WTF did I do??
    Even if the Widget Logic entries were bad, I should still be able to login and fix them, right?

    I removed the Widget Logic plugin folder via FTP and then uploaded it again.
    I refreshed the folder on the server and voilla!, the errors disappeared.

    I would like to know what caused them in the first place though.

    I am having the same problem!

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_user_logged_in() in /home/wxyzwxyz/public_html/wp-content/plugins/widget-logic/widget_logic.php(270) : eval()’d code on line 1

    Can someone explain what causes this error?
