Errors after database repair

WP Version 4.9.5

My site was down with the standard “error establishing a database connection” message.
I got it back up by editing my wp.config file to allow repair. It was up with the change, but I had nothyet run the repari from https://www.yoursite.com/wp-admin/maint/repair.php. I did that and got the list below with a message saying to post it here for assistance.

wp_term_taxonomy: 3 clients are using or haven’t closed the table properly
wp_term_relationships: 3 clients are using or haven’t closed the table properly
wp_commentmeta: 12 clients are using or haven’t closed the table properly
wp_yoast_seo_links: 1 client is using or hasn’t closed the table properly
wp_yoast_seo_meta: 3 clients are using or haven’t closed the table properly
