    Hi @ozsmagro,

    I just tried importing the same Starter Template and I didn’t have any problems.

    Please check if your system meets the requirements. Quite often, the low Memory Limit causes the failure of importing a template. Please try to increase it and see if it does the trick.

    If nothing works, please consider reaching out to us through our Support Portal, so we can have a closer look.
