    When exporting the CSV file the data gets corrupted when tildes or other characters appear.

    For example: “Senior Technician in Audit and Certification of Building Energy Efficiency Systems 2002-91CE” is “Técnico superior en auditoria y certificación de sistemas de eficiencia energética de edificios 2002-91CD”

    ERROR 2

    The text in the CSV is a block of comma delimited text, but when moving the data, there are some “comments” fields that appear in separate rows.

    I tested with your input. But csv export is working fine. I think, you confused with other plugin. Plugin name is CFDB7.

    No, it is CFDB7. Also the plugin tells you to comment. And if you give extensions also name the plugin and all the payment add-ons. Is yours

    Ok… CFDB7 is this plugin. Have you checked your csv client default delimiter option is comma or not.
