Error:Error photo upload issue

    Hello,
    I have UM user photos extension but I have a client that every time he tries to upload some photos he gets “Error:error” message and I don’t know what’s wrong.
    I tried another plugin for photos and I uploaded those photos successfully, So the problem is with UM user photos only.
    P.S: I’ve tried to contact the technical support of my hosting company but they don’t know what’s wrong too, And I didn’t found anything about that error on google.

    The error is still there as on today 29-08-2020, but marked as resolved,

    If profile upload is pro feature, then it is to be stated as such,
    The error showing is a syntax error, like unexpected token or something
