    I try to link my site with the Facebook page giving me this error:
    An error occurred while connecting the account.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Same problem with all of my sites and pages I’ve tried to connect to. Seems like it doesn’t work for everyone as of the last 24 hours.

    This should be fixed now.

    You’ll need to re-connect Facebook Publicize, and when you do, make sure that “Publish as Pages you manage” is switched on: https://cld.wthms.co/rEgfwn

    Where can I change that? I can not find the place

    When will this error be corrected?

    We’ve confirmed that some people do see the option in the linked screenshot, and some people don’t.

    So it seems the folks on Facebook’s end are switching a few things around, and that’s probably the source of the problem.

    We’re still waiting to hear back from our contact over there.

    For me, the Fb does not allow me to select the option.
    I go to the business integrator and I check the publish option but does not keep the settings. Does not give any signs that is not working… I check the box, I save it and when I open it again, it is unchecked… Of course, linking the FB account gives errors.

    We have heard from our Facebook contact that Facebook is investigating the issue.

    While this isn’t exactly a confirmation of a fix, some of you will be able to connect as Facebook gets closer to a solution.

    We’ll let you all know here once we receive a final “all clear.”

    Hi folks, we still haven’t heard back from our Facebook contact after they said they’re looking into it, but we’re considering this issue resolved due to the overwhelming number of successful connections lately.

    We’re also adding some new logging on our end so we can keep a better eye on these things going forward.
