Errore creazione pdf

  • Salve ho un problema con il plugin. Non riesco creare le fatture sia per il download che via browser e non so proprio come risolvere il problema.

    Le versioni che ho sono:
    YITH WooCommerce PDF Invoice and Shipping List: 1.2.2
    Wordpress: 4.9.6
    Woocommerce: 3.4.2

    Ho già provato a disattivare il tema e provato il tema di base ma nulla.

    Come posso risolvere il problema?

    Thanks for the reply.

    When I try to see an invoice not loaded and when I try invence to see it on the browser it tells me “impossible to load pdf”.

    Unfortunately the wordpress debug is empty and does not give me errors.

    How can I solve the problem?

    Because there are already two bills that I had to do by hand.

    Hello there,

    We saw the video but we cannot replicate the issue. The PDF is generated and we can see it in the right way.

    I suggest you to update to the last version v1.2.3. please try to deactivate all plugins, leaving only WooCommerce and YITH PDF Invoice for WooCommerce active, and see if the problem is solved. If so, try to activate them again, one by one, to see which one causes the issue.
    If the problem isn’t caused by a plugin, try to activate the default theme Twenty Sixteen and see if you have the same issue.
    Also, if you have customized some files in your theme, please try with a fresh installation without any customization.
    Please try this solution and let us know what issue shows.
