    2. How to remove custom fields being shown when you open a ticket in front end. Custom fields were shown below the ticket title, not related to the ticket. see here: https://prnt.sc/c6lats

    We are working on this fix and will be fixed soon in next version.

    3. In the backend, when viewing ticket list, I always click reset filter to show all the tickets.

    @pradeepmakone07: I’m quite sure you mean well but please never ask for login credentials on these forums.

    The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice. However, by giving someone the keys to your house, you are trusting they won’t steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

    If something was to go wrong, then you, the plugin author, may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

    Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.

    Thank you for let me know all this, but if you see post clearly I didn’t asked to share it here but to plugin website where everything is private.

    I am well aware about customer security but rule is rule so I will take care from next time to not ask this on this forum.
