Error_message”: “This IP, site or mobile application is not authorized to

Thank you to the support team in WhatsApp. It seemed that the IP addresses shown in Plugin was different from that in the error message.

What the support team told me to do was keeping both IP addresses inside the Google Cloud Platform’s “Accept requests from these server IP addresses”

That solved my problem! Thank you for the quick support!

@smokewinkel I have since changed the way the IP address is listed.

Please check the Retrieved Data as it sometimes shows the IP address that it is expecting.

Perhaps I can help – what is the URL of the website in question?

Hi, sorry to open the topic again, I can’t find how to avoid the error, I looked for the option indicated by Kenny Purnomo but nothing like enabling an IP address in the google console appears

@kelvin1998 Did you check the Retrieved Data – Google will usually offer the IP that is expected; it isn’t in the script console.
