Error_Connection_Refused (WAMP)

    Hello everyone,

    I’m here to put you aware of what happened to me one day.
    I made updates to the computer and then went to Chrome and appeared the following error: ERROR_CONNECTION_REFUSED.
    I did everything to try to understand what was going on and even took wordpress I installed to see if this error still appeared. The solution I got was:

    – Stop all services on WAMP pressing the icon that usually appears on the taskbar;
    – And then do the Restart services.
    – How still does not work, I went to the folder where the Wamp is located and loaded in the implementation of wampmanager and selected “Run as administrator” and then when I went to Chrome and wrote the localhost, he returned to work.

  • I get the same error, it appears when i attempt to log into my site through a localhost…,

    I explaned what i used to solve it with Wamp.
    If you use Wamp i can help you

    Im actually using Mamp, but any help at all would be great.
    For instance whats wampmanager?

    Hum ok.

    Wampmanager is in the Wamp. I learned to work with Wamp. I can create databases (php) and run Windows, Apache, MySQL also.

    The major Difference Between WAMP, LAMP, MAMP AND XAMPP is operating system.

    >>Lamp is for Linux operating system
    ->L(inux) A(pache) M(ySQL) P(hp)
    >>Wamp is for windows operating system
    ->W(indows) A(pache) M(ySQL) P(hp)
    >>Mamp is for Mac OS X operating system.
    ->M(ac) A(pache) M(ySQL) P(hp)
    >>Xampp is for x-os, apache, mysql, php , perl.
    ->Xampp for major operating system including windows, mac, Linux and come with additional features including support of perl, filezilla, mercury mail and some scripts.
