    Hello there,

    I am getting an Error, YOUR FORM IS NOT VALID.
    Where is the function problem I do not undersatnd right now.

    Exported form does not seem to be in the correct format.

    You can find more info on how to export the form here : https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export

    After exporting, please share the raw code using a service such as https://pastebin.com which is free to use.

    Please always make sure to use such service to share the code and don’t post the code here directly as it will most likely be unusable.

    Hi @muhammadaleemkhan

    Thank you for sharing the form!

    I was able to import it to my test site and when I tried to submit it – using pretty much random data in the fields – it all went fine and the form was submitted without errors.

    It would suggest then that the issue is either specific to the site itself (e.g. due to some conflict) or only happens with certain type of data filled-in.

    That said, could you start with conflict test? Basically:

    – disable all other plugins temporarily, keeping only Forminator enabled and switch theme temporarily to Twenty Twenty-Two or Twenty Twenty-Three
    – try submitting the form
    – if it works, enable your original theme back and try again
    – if it still works, start enabling plugins back one-by-one, after each one submitting the form; at some point it should stop working again and the last enabled plugin right before that would be the culprit.

    Let us know here about test result, please, and we’ll then see what to do next to get it fixed.
