Error: You must add the private key file.

Hope you are doing well!

I followed the instructions and added the Merchant ID, Merchant ID and Store ID but I get an error: Error: You must add the private key file.

Is not the way to reconnect your account you need to click on “Recconect” and follow the steps. At the end the new key should be imported. If it doesn’t work you need to go with the manual way.

So I uploaded a .json file and I still got the error:

The manual way should include the .json and .pem file. The issue is that you are not adding the .pem file with the private keys. You need to follow this link

I looked for the PEM file and found the following:

You can create the .pem on your Amazon Seller account. No need to follow the link you sent. In the link I sent you before, are the steps to create the pem file. it would take less than 2 minutes.
