Error: Wrong key and emails

So I went to the contact form your website, and I still haven’t got a reply from you yet (I send 2 times already last week). So I decided to write it here.
I got the error key on my Booster plugin so I will go to my account in Booster to get a key. I could go to ‘Forgot Password’ but the problem is my boss and my colleagues forgot what’s email they used to login. We tried with many of our emails and we still got ‘Invalid email or username’.
Do you know what email we used to login and account? Or any solutions you can help out?
