Error – WPFprms-1589

    Since I’ve been testing the format of a form’s notification email I’ve noticed something very disturbing. When the form is filled and submitted, the page hangs for about 30 secods, then gives this error on a grey screen:

    This page isn’t working
    https://www.woodlandequip.com didn’t send any data.
    ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

    The odd thing is, it DID send the data as the form goes through as expected. But this error is not something I want to see 6 out of 6 times.

    Any ideas?

    I’m sorry to hear you’re encountering an issue like this, and it’s likely resulting from an issue with either your site’s server or a code conflict. In order to investigate further, I’d recommend first setting up error logs (that link will show you all the steps to do this).

    Once the error logs are set up and you’ve replicated the issue, they should contain some helpful details. For server-related issues (or an error that doesn’t note a specific plugin), you’ll need to get in touch with your site’s hosting provider. If a plugin is noted, you can try deactivating that plugin, then submitting a form to see if the issue is resolved.
