    I get the following warning wpt-feed.php file

    wpt-feed.php has permissions 644 version of “wp to twitter” is 2.7.3 WP 3.6

    The WP to Twitter feed widget uses the file system for caching, so you need to grant permission to WordPress to write to your file system. You should talk to your host about how to do this!
