WP Plugin SAC: Name and comment required.

    I’ve finally found that chat only works if I’m logged in. For the rest not logged in, the message appears:

    WP Plugin SAC: Name and comment required. Please complete all required fields and try again.

    I have reviewed all the options including Targeted loading URL and .htaccess rules and have not been able to fix it.
    It is possible that there is some conflict with the theme or something else. I leave the URL here in case any clue appears to solve it

    Hi @jrmora, glad to help. It sounds like something was misconfigured. Here are some things you can try:

    1) Restore plugin default settings: visit the plugin setting, “Restore default settings” and click the button. If you need to export your SAC messages first, you can do that via the previous “Export” option.

    2) If that doesn’t work, it could be that something — like a plugin or theme — is interfering with normal functionality. To find out if that is the case, you can troubleshoot your WordPress. In that linked guide check out the sections on “Plugins” and “Themes” should be most useful for this particular situation.

    Sorry, in the end I could not find the source of the conflict and uninstalled the plugin, I will test it on another test blog to find possible problems.
