  • Hi @netsales,

    Thanks for reaching out.

The error you shared (Setting up fake worker failed) is usually caused by caching and optimization tools on your site.

While you may not have any active caching plugins, kindly know that Divi includes many features to make your website faster by delaying the loading of unnecessary resources and storing requests in a cache.

These could also create issues with the plugin’s function and generate the error you are getting.

To rectify this, you’ll have to exclude the plugin scripts from caching. Since the plugin scripts are already minified, excluding them will not affect efficiency or load speed.

Be sure to flush any caches after you exclude the scripts so that the site can load them again, and the embed viewer should be displayed correctly once this has been done.

You can learn more about this in our Knowledge Base article here.

I hope this helps! Thanks ??

    Hello,

I have disabled all DIVIs Performance optimizations, see
    https://www.elegantthemes.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/optin-list.jpg
    unfortunately there is no change.

I tested with older PHP 7.4 and deactivated APCu and OPCache…flush cache…, but no chance.

I’m really at a loss as to what the problem is.

    Hi @netsales,

Thanks for getting back to us.

From the screenshot you shared, it seems the performance optimizations are all “Enabled” not “Disabled” with the exception of Defer Additional Third Party Scripts. (which is disabled)

Please try disabling the performance optimizations and let me know how it works for you.

    Thanks ??

    Hi @netsales,

We haven’t heard back from you yet, so I’ll be closing this thread for now.

If the issue still occurs, please reply to this thread, and we’ll take a look.?

    Have a good one ??

@nasanansi Can you show me how to exclude? for more popular plugins, e.g. WP Optimize…?
