Error without solution?

Dear all, I’m trying to use Find Us but immediately it gives the following error:
Fatal error: Cannot use string offset as an array in /home/mhd-01/www.lastallabb.it/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/find-us/phoogle.php on line 138
I’ve only inserted the address.
What can I do to solve it?
