Error with wp_remote_post, error message: cURL error 28

    Hello, I can′t edit the plugin

    I see this error:
    Error with wp_remote_post, error message:
    cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 out of 0 bytes received

    What to do? I tried deactivate all plugin, reinstall and clear cache.
    Still getting erro message.

    Please help

    Edit: i tried again load new review and now evyrthing worked.

    Do you know why is this problem?
