  • Hi @kitosss

I am getting the following error when I use woocommerce subscription and activate tokenization. I have everything updated to the latest version

From what I understand, you’re experiencing an issue with WooCommerce Subscriptions and tokenization. You’ve mentioned that you’re encountering a PHP Fatal error indicating that the class ‘WCS_Manual_Renewal_Manager‘ is not found. This error seems to be originating from the WooCommerce Square plugin.

Let’s dive in and try to fix this issue together. Here are a few steps you can follow:

Firstly, ensure that tokenization is activated in your Square payment gateway settings. For more details, check out the ??WooCommerce Square: Payment Settings Here.

Secondly, verify that all your plugins, themes, and WordPress itself are up-to-date. I noticed you’re using WooCommerce Subscriptions version 3.1.1, but the current version is 5.4.0. Upgrading could potentially solve the issue, as newer versions often include bug fixes and compatibility improvements.

Thirdly, consider temporarily disabling all other plugins except for WooCommerce, WooCommerce Square, and WooCommerce Subscriptions. This will help us determine if another plugin is causing a conflict. If the error vanishes, start reactivating your plugins one at a time to identify the problematic one.

Lastly, take a look at your theme. Try temporarily switching to a default WordPress theme (like Storefront) to see if your theme might be the source of the problem. Here’s a helpful guide on how to test for conflicts: ?? How to Test for Plugin and Theme Conflicts

If none of these steps work, could you please share your site’s System Status with us? It will give us a better understanding of your site’s setup and help us identify the problem. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Also, if there are any fatal error logs, please share those with us as well. You can find them under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Once you have that, please paste it inside a Code block in your reply, or use https://pastebin.com/ to paste it and share the link with us.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation in this matter. I’m looking forward to your response so we can solve this issue for you.
