    Hello wpsmartbr,

Thank you for reaching out to Woo support!

Just to confirm, are you currently following the steps provided in this guide?

I would love to know how you can determine that the Sync has been successfully completed.

Following our guidelines, I kindly suggest keeping the “Enable compatibility mode” option checked for a couple of days. This will help ensure that there are no pending actions.

Lastly, would you mind sharing screenshots of the HPOS page and the Scheduled Actions page?
Scheduled Actions are available at WooCommerce → Status → Scheduled Actions.

Looking forward to your response. ??

    Best regards!

    Hi @wpsmartbr,

Thanks for sharing further details on this.

Just want to confirm, are you able to manually run the scheduled actions from your end? If it’s possible, please try manually running the scheduled actions and then visit?WooCommerce ? Status ? Tools?and run the?Verify base database tables?tool.

Let us know if that reports any problems or if it fixes any problem.

Hi! We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.

    Hi guys,

Sorry for the delay in responding, we need some time to get permission to carry out these tests directly on the production server. So we did the database check that you recommended and also ran a database repair and nothing worked.

After some attempts, we noticed that through the WordPress administration, the number of orders to be synchronized (17k) did not match the number of orders existing in the store (105k+). Then the idea of ??doing it through the WP CLI came up and it worked, the CLI synchronized all orders (105k) and we were finally able to activate HPOS.

Maybe it would be worth taking a look to see if there is a problem with Woocommerce. Thanks a lot for your help.
