    The page have several errors:
    1. In the online-store you can’t finish an order. You can select the products and add them at the shopping cart but after writing the direction and the credit details it appears an error saying that the transport method is not selected but there is no option to do that.
The problem comes that in the wp-admin you can not enter woocomerce administration because the link goes to the webpage saying : “It seems that this page does not exist. It seems that the link you pointed here does not work. Do you want to try a search?”.The only link you can access from the woocomerce in the wp-admin is the one with the orders done.
    2. At the same time you can not edit or add a product since it starts charging but never ends. (There is enough space to save the data of the webpage).

To solve the problem, I thought about exporing all the products with a CSV file , you can do it but it starts charging and never ends so you can’t download the file). Since the problem seemed to be from the woocomerce plugin the idea was to delete it and install it again with the products of the CSV file but the problem also comes that wp-admin don’t let you install new products since same as before it appear the message “It seems that this page does not exist. It seems that the link you pointed here does not work. Do you want to try a search?”. Not only this happens with the plugin and woocomerce page of the wp-admin but also with others such as analysis, marketing…
The problem seems to be that most of the links of the wp-admin are broken and because of that nothing from the woocomerce and online shop works.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Thanks for reaching out!

I checked your site, however, I cannot proceed to the Checkout page since it seems you do not accept guest checkout.

Nevertheless, can you please share what payment gateway was used for this specific scenario?

Can you please share with us a clear screenshot of what you see on your end so that we could address you more effectively?

If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, you can try https://snipboard.io or https://skitch.com/. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

    2. At the same time you can not edit or add a product since it starts charging but never ends. (There is enough space to save the data of the webpage).

Can you please provide further details what you mean by it starts charging but never ends?

Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly, can you please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Hello @xue28,

Thank you for answering and your help.

For the online shop we use Stripe and have installed the WooCommerce Stripe Gateway. This is the message it appears when you log in and you try to buy something after writing the direction and the card details (https://snipboard.io/aVL1NR.jpg)
I also attach the screen it appears when you try to enter at the woocomerce part of the menu of the wp-admin, or when adding a new pluguin… (https://snipboard.io/WfxX1J.jpg)
I can’t attach the System Status Report or the fatal error logs since I can’t access to the status page. I attach a screenshoot of when I click woocomerce>status (the link can be seen at the top of the image (https://snipboard.io/mNH3WL.jpg)

About the creation of new products or making a change in some created before when you try to save what you did and click the button update/publish it doesn’t charge. I also attach the picture (https://snipboard.io/3aKl69.jpg)

    Hi @appgwell

Can you please re-share again the screenshots above as nothing was found when accessing the first three links?

    Thanks!

    Hi @appgwell

Thank you for providing the screenshots, these are really helpful! ??

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin present on your site. Can you please try to perform a full conflict test and see if that works?

    https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

Let us know how it goes!

    Hi @xue28

I tried to oppen my wp-admin to try to perform the full conflict test but now I can’t even enter the wp-admin. When I enter my hosting (cpanel) this message appears and when I try to enter the link to the wp-admin it appear again the page of “this page does not exist”. I attach a screenshot of the hosting page.(https://snipboard.io/TlgcKi.jpg)

    Hi @appgwell

I tried accessing https://www.gwellart.com/wp-admin/ and I am redirected to the login page:

Can you please try to clear your browser’s cache or try another browser and see if that works?

Furthermore, I would suggest reaching out to your hosting provider to help resolve this issue.

    Thanks!

    Hi @xue28

I’ve already talked with my hosting provider and after a long time they told me that there was a malware inside all the webpages I had inside the hosting because all the hosting was infected and that’s what caused this error. It turned out the malware started in March 2022 but until yesterday they were telling me that there was no malware inside (which in reality there was). They’ve told me to contract a security system to remove all the malware from all my websites but they couldn’t guarantee that it wouldn’t happen again so I though that since all archives are infected with malware the best option would be deleting everything and starting again the web from scratch and everything from 0. Do you have any other recommendation?

    Thank you for helping.

    Sorry to hear this!

CSV exporting some parts of your site can make things a bit easier, but I’m afraid the malware might spread to the new site by doing so.

Just to be extra careful, make sure to scan the exported file locally on your device, and check the exported fields, you should be looking for anything that doesn’t make sense.

I also strongly recommend getting a Jetpack subscription on the new site: https://cloud.jetpack.com/pricing

If you’d like to know if it’s possible to keep everything as it is while removing the malware for good, please consult with a certified WooExpert from here.

    Hope this helps!
