[ERROR] with the UMP please help

    I have been working on my website I have woocommerce and UMP and last night I finished working well without problems and today when I want to enter to continue working I found the error that:

    1- I did not open the wp dashboard or drguery.com/wp-admin/ but it immediately redirected me to the home page at https://www.drguery.com
    2- I contacted my hosting support and they told me that the problem is this:

    I entered from another account and it worked perfectly, and I saw that the account from where I work was as a subscriber, apparently the problem was that I accidentally changed my own role from administrator to subscriber and having blocked the login window to all subscribers then the page always redirected me to home.

    just change the role to admin again and all good …

    I would appreciate if someone recommended me a way so that this never happens again, or a way to control subscriber access and more robust way to manage users
