Error with the search bar

I have them “clipmydeals” with some demo links below:https://demo3.clipmydeals.com/
ON THAT THEME HAS A SEARCH POWER, BUT WHEN WE INSTALL LANGUAGE SWITCH ON THE WEBSITE’S HEADER BAR “https://7smview.com” it’s finding error.
IF I DON’T ACTIVATE the “Polylang” PLUGINS the search goes normally.
We feel the plugin is very useful and intend to order, but it affects OUR SEARCH RESULTS
PLEASE SUPPORT BEFORE WE ORDERING.
