You use chrome? can you access by the url post-new.php ?
You can deactivate it and test if run ok

You can back to one old version who run ok (if you save it), I save the 5.12.39
That show one banner in setting for some seconds about pro launch in 30 days.
And you can use Block Specific Plugin Updates plugin

OK, so it seems the ad will disappear after a while. Next time, just put a notice in the ad or something, because it freaks people out. Or better still, DON’T SHOW ANY ADS ACROSS ADMIN PAGES!

I no are the editor of the plugin.
The ad appear in my case in the setting plugin page of yuzo for 3 seconds as banner.
No is one problem for me because I don’t use the setting, just the first time.

If you delete it, and continue appearing, maybe is your cache. is very rare.
Delete your cache navigator, use chrome.
I don’t have your problem so no know what happend.
Maybe this can help go to updates, reinstall wordpress now.
I read the last version of yuzo .58 solve the problem of the ad, I use one older .39
