Error with the contact form

I have this website: I’m trying to use de Contact form but always appears “An error occurred while trying to send your message. Please try again later.”

In adittion, the mails logs seems ok, but I’m not receiving any email.

The theme support said that is a problem with the plugin, I tried to update but nothing changes.
