• Hello,

I have been trying to upload an SVG file to my media library for use as my large logo on my website. I have been able to upload SVGs in the past but now it is not working. This is the error I keep getting:

“The server cannot process the image. This can happen if the server is busy or does not have enough resources to complete the task. Uploading a smaller image may help. Suggested maximum size is 2560 pixels.”

I have the SVG support plugin downloaded and have tried downloading and redownloading. I have also tried changing the size of the svg file. No luck… Thanks for your time and help.

Are you sure your SVG file is specifying an image that’s smaller than 2560 pixels across? Some SVG files can be specified quite large, then are later downsized for reasonable display. Also verify the file’s size does not exceed your system’s max. upload size.

Since SVG support is not a core feature, I recommend seeking further assistance through the dedicated support channel for your SVG Support plugin.
