Error with @post_title in xampp host

HI I have installed the latest version of WordPress and PHP on Xamp distribution on my home pc and office pc (windows 10). The Pods plugin works fine, but when I try to use {@post_titple} or {@title} the page shows me the following error: (I have tried to follow the step by step instructions sowed on the video tutorial too).
The error is:
