Error with Plugin Now it is not Installing

    I have been using CF7 the past 12-15 years but suddenly there was a critical error message on the page where i shared the shortcodes too.

    I tried to reinstall the plugin but now my site only flickers and does not install. Anyone else facing this issue, please suggest.
    Or is there something i have missed during this time?

    I just reactivated all the plugins. CF7 would not reactivate. Then I uploaded an older version 7.4 of CF7 and it updated. I also find that we cannot use multi-site.
    Now CF7 completely new is installed but the forms say Error:?Contact form not found. — Now i have no clue what is happening

    I have having the issue on the submission form https://indianreview.in/submit-your-work/ —

    After i submit the form i get this url https://indianreview.in/submit-your-work/#wpcf7-f7417-p43-o1
    and the Error:
    Error: Contact form not found.

    There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.

    Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Really Simple CAPTCHA, Akismet Anti-Spam, Classic Editor and Really Simple SSL, and clearing all cache data.

    Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

    I change the site to a default one. The email is working. I received it using the WP Mail SMTP plugin. But the UPLOADS are not being sent to the emai.

    I sincerely appreciate your time and effort.

    Thank you for all the help. The contact form works!I
    I changed the theme and removed most of the plugins…. a tedious task but it had to be done,
    Sincerely appreciate your help.
