    Hi,

Thank you for choosing Master Slider.

The option which you mentioned in the first screenshot, has nothing to do with the responsiveness of the slider.

It’s for the general size of the images and whether they are cropped based on the size you set for the slider or not.

I suggest that you read our guideline again because we have explained the details very clearly.

If you have any question on any unclear part of that article, please let us know.

    Best,

    Hi

in his guideline you type about:
“Make a duplicate of your default slider (let’s call it desktop slider).

We will use the first slider (desktop slider) for the desktop view and the new duplicate slider (mobile slider) for the mobile view.

Set a Class name for each one, in the Slider custom class name and style box in the Slider Settings tab.”

Duplicating this slide becomes cumbersome for my client, I have 8 sliders and I must duplicate them to 16 desktop version and mobile version.

The pro version solves this problem with a single master slider? or similarly I must configure the two slides for mobile version and desktop.

    thanks

    Hi,

No, this is no option to simply do that on our pro version.

We are working on a major update on Master Slider. This version has this feature as a built-in option. However, we cannot estimate the release date.

Master Slider use scaling for responsiveness by default.

Feel free to get in touch in case you need anything else.
