Error with Permalinks or Something like that

  • Hi there! Hope you are having a great day.

    Please, I need some help with my permalinks or the page templates. I don’t know thy this happen, I have another user member plugin and maybe that’s is why the TutorLMS is not working properly, anyway, I can’t solve this, I try all things that I can, restart the permalinks, change them, everything.
    Here is a video showing the issue, corroborate, the link change, but the page not:

    Would you please check for a plugin or theme conflict? It seems there is a high possibility of conflict among other plugins that are creating this issue. These steps will help rule out a possible plugin conflict.

    1. Disable all the other third-party plugins and check whether that solves the issue.
    2. If that solves the issue, please activate the plugins one by one to rule out the conflicting plugin.
    3. If that doesn’t work, please check it by activating the parent theme.
    4. If the issue still persists, please activate a WordPress default theme like Twenty Twenty and check.

    Please also make sure that your platform and theme are up to date.
