Error with Password Reset

I have portal that people can login to here: labworks.com/customer-portal
Once a user clicks the ‘Forgot Password’, they are taken here: labworks.com/customer-portal/reset-password
The user puts in their email address or username and are sent an email with a link. Here is one of the links I get: https://labworks.com/customer-portal/reset-password/?restore=412&_wpnonce=36ba41021e
The message I get is: Failed security check, expired Activation Link due to duplication or date.
Any help would be appreciated.
